Tips when install mechanical seals:
When installing the seals, choose a clean, easy-to-operate place, and install the special and necessary items in order. It is strictly forbidden to hit hard or forcibly install during installation to prevent damage to the sealing performance of the seal. The statically sealed seal should be evenly pressed against the two faces being sealed; the seal of the dynamic seal should be mounted vertically to the sealed rotating shaft. For the sealing device with stuffing box, when pressing the packing, the pressing force of the gland should be evenly distributed along the circumference, and the bolt should not be tightened too tightly, and further adjusted during the test to ensure that the seal does not leak.
